Can anyone tell me what I can and can't use in pregnancy? For example, I always do a Eucalyptus Oil when DS or I am stuffy...not sure and being lazy I guess. Thanks!

That would be a very very long list and would be open for debate.

Eucalyptus oil is known to cause adverse effects in pregnancy when ingested but I am assuming you just mean breathing it in?

You could use a neti pot instead, that thing is amazing.
