Can I make gazpacho with what I have?

I've never made gazpacho before, but for some reason am wanting to give it a try. I've already done my shopping for the week; here's what I have on hand...

Veggie broth
Condensed/canned tomato soup

Fresh:
Spinach
Kale
Carrots
Cucumber
Yams

Frozen:
Broccoli
Brussel Sprouts
Spinach
Diced onions
Soybeans
"Cooked winter squash" (it's orange, and pureed consistency when heated)

And the staples, olive oil, garlic, and any spices you'd find in a normal spice rack. No fresh herbs.

TIA for any replies!

You could give a gazpacho-like soup a try, though to me, it's not gazpacho without fresh cucumbers and tomatoes.

You could blend cucumbers (or cut up finely), garlic, stale bread/bread crumbs, maybe a smidge of tomato soup (not a whole can) some oil and vinegar, salt and pepper, for a gazpacho-y soup. (my normal gazpacho recipe if you want to give great gazpacho soup a try buying ingrediants for standard gazpacho is from nourishing traditions. the pink gazpacho is delicious)

I wouldn't bother making gazpacho without fresh tomatoes. I'd hold off until you shop for next week. You do have ingredients for a yummy tomato-vegetable soup for this week though...

I had never had gazpacho before having at it at a restaurant a few weeks ago as part of a chef's tasting menu. No tomatoes. His was cucumber, cumin, onion, radish, salt & pepper. And it was PHENOMENAL.
