We are thinking of making wine with them.
Has anyone made wine before? I found two types of recipes online - one is simple and uses normal yeast, sugar and plums. The other is more complicated and calls for stuff I would have to purchase at a wine making store - if I can find such a place - or online.
I would prefer the simple recipe, but worry about the safety of it and whether it would work.
anyone make wine from fruit? Any tips? Advice on which recipe to use?
