Meal Planning Software???

Anyone know of an easy, healthy meal planning software program? I really need to stop being so wasteful and get more organized... Help?

I've been playing around with KRecipes for the last few hours and like it - its actually a recipe organizer, but then can help w/ shopping lists and what you have on hand... not sure if thats what your thinking of or not?

I use macgourmet for my recipes and it has a meal planning option I've used before.

These both sound good. I'm gonna check them out right now! Yeah, what I really need is something that can tell me what to cook and what to buy so I don't keep making lousy dinners and then throwing most of it away! lol.
