My friend took a pic of this in Atlanta. I thought it was quite clever to tag the stop sign that way. Just wanted to share..........

Wonder if one could steal that for one's FB profile pic....

Wow, I lived in Atlanta and my kids were born there. My son was probably the only intact little guy in his pre-school class. It has been a high circ area. Glad to see someone is trying to get the message across.

I've actually seen a few around my home state but have never seen that one (I've never been to Atlanta).

As much as a really love this sign, I want to vote ageist steeping someones picture on the Internet, it is very wrong to do. This guy has blocked downloads and has a copywrite note right there on the image.
I know many folks that that are photographers and this means a lot to them.

Better than taking this guys image ageist his will? Go make one in your home town for everyone to see and take a picture of that! You can then post it somewhere and mark it as freely usable by whomever!

I agree with you about stealing someone's image. But I thought this was my friend's pic. She sent it in an email like a month ago, and it was sent from her iphone. She made it sound as if she had just stumbled across it. I assumed it was on her own since it was sent from her phone.
Where is the copyright note? After you said that, I looked and couldn't find it. I understand the point, but didn't need the snarkyness. It was obvious that I thought my friend had taken the picture.

I'm sorry I did not understand that you were linking to your own flicker account, I thought you were linking to your friends and speaking for them.

If you notice above the picture ( might not show up for you because you own the page) it says you have disabled downloading and have a copyright on the image. I took that to mean that the owner of the page did not want folks to use it. If this was freely given to you and it's your page, by all means share.

There was no snarkyness in my thoughts
