Yep. The women who took the supplements did no better if they were not eating good ol' plants.

I personally love milk but I think milk as the answer to calcium is just an advertising slogan. Follow these ladies' advice and don't worry. I'm sure his body is telling him something.

DD will only take sips of cow's milk, but wont drink a cup of it.

she will however eat cheese (loves cheese), yogurt, & those tube yogurts frozen
