Has anyone found a good prenatal that has no dairy, and no soy? It'd be nice to not spend $2/day or more, but I guess if we have to, we have to!
Might be pregnant again, not sure yet, so I've got to get thinking about prenatals. I've been taking vitamins, but I had to stop taking my prenatals a couple months ago because I found my son is allergic to soy as well as milk (even in small amounts and almost unrecognizable forms).
I can't find a prenatal in the stores that doesn't have some form of soy in it. Also, anything that is even cultured in milk (for example, the probiotics we tried) upsets him quite a bit.
