Tomorrow I have an appointment with the OB/gyn to figure out what we're doing next + go over a new set of CD 3 lab work.
The previous "CD 3" (actually CD 85 or something..) lab work pointed to PCOS, so I'm assuming this will say the same thing. We've been trying for 2+ years, about a dozen (very irregular (28 day to ~100 day) and poorly timed) cycles. SA + HSG came back normal. I seem to be ovulating based on temp. charts - I haven't been able to track well any other way.
So, the Dr. said that the "next step" was clomid with IUI. They time the IUI with OPKs (mine aren't exactly definitive - I've seen positives + don't ovulate, and seen no positives and ovulated). I've never had an ultrasound - they don't do them anywhere in this process, either. I do have a lot of soreness around my ovaries (esp. the left), so I suspect that I do have at least a few cysts from the PCOS. They'll do the "clomid with IUI" thing three times before referring me out.
So.. if you were in this situation, what questions would you have?
