4 weeks pregnant and aches in abdomen

Hi all~
I just found out last Wed I'm pregnant with my third. For several days now I've had an achy abdomen. Something I've never expirenced with my other two pregnancies. And a sore lower back. I'm also visiting family and we haven't told them about the baby yet, and so I'm stressed and anxious. I tend to carry my stress in my belly. I'm thinking I may have over done it at the pool playing around with my older two and am just sore. But, I worry. Has anyone expirenced these kinds of aches early on in their pregnancy?

Hi, I don't know if this is what you're talking about, but I've been having mild AF-like cramps today and feel generally just sort of drained/achy--I'm just shy of 4 weeks (AF due in a couple days--but I did get a BFP). Seems like it's not unusual to have those sorts of aches/generally feeling off. Hope you feel better soon!

yeah... if it feels like AF is on her way its not only totally normal but a very healthy part of pregnancy!

I havent gotten AF cramps in a long time, but certainly felt like it the day after my first BFP this pregnancy! Lasted 4 weeks!
