implantation? cycle returning?

I have a question and I am not sure if there is a way to know....baby boy is 5 1/2 months, exclusively breastfed, and I have not gotten a period yet. Cycle returned with my DD when she was 3-4 months old--not sure if that is any indicator for the nest time around. I had a lot of cervical mucous for many weeks--sometimes it seemed fertile, sometimes not. I have been lightly spotting for about 5 days now.

Any thoughts? Just wait and see or take a test????

I'd think PPAF. Implantation spotting doesn't last for days and especially if you had fertile CM previously. It may take a few to get into a normal pattern.

Just wasn't sure. Hadn't been sexually active since conception last summer with DSs until a couple of weeks ago. Also, I spotted early on in the pregnancy for 6 weeks with DD; a week or two with DS so I have no idea about how normal works.
