Help me figure out shadow on poas test

Ok I'm becoming obsessive.

Anyway - Is there supposed to be a faint shadowy line in the "pregnant" column of the test? I see one on the test I just took. I took the test apart and I can hold it at a certain angle up in the light and see a faint line. The line is barely even there. Its almost as if I could be imagining it.

Not too sure about my cycle, but TCOYF says AF is due Monday.

I looked at the other test I have (took that apart too) and don't see anything. But maybe that could be because it's not wet?

Oh goodness, I've really gone off the deep end!

It could be an evaporation line, or it could be an early pos result. What kind of test is it? If it's a blue dye test I wouldn't get too excited because they often leave evap lines. If it's a pink one than it might be picking up low level of hcg. Try again tomorrow with pink dye test!

Ok - here's photo. Now I can't see the line anymore!!

I feel like I'm imagining things. Especially after taking the photo - It's much more visible in person.

It is a pink dye test. It seemed like a shadow of a line made out of small pink dots so maybe there is a low level of Hcg.... I hope so! I will try again tomorrow morning...

I might see something--it's hard to tell from the photo. But faint lines can totally be there IRL and not get picked up in a photo. I hope it is--please update when you test again!

Is that a First Response or Answer Early test? I say test again tomorrow - I had a BFN yesterday morning and a faint line yesterday afternoon with FRER - the FRERs and AEs pick up super early.

The thing is I can't tell at all from the photo... And I even tried to "tweak" it and invert it and saw nothing. And I'm usually not one to see mysterious "lines" popping up. But at a certain angle I could swear I see a glimmer of a light pink line!

First Response Regular. It is supposed to give an answer 6 days before a missed period. I have one more left... I plan on using it first thing tomorrow morning. I took it apart when I first saw the line on the used one. I wanted to see if an unused test had a shadow of a line as well... Didn't see anything and I think I got the parts all back in the right order. And sticky vibes for you!!

Tested this morning and BFN

Really thought I saw something... and DH noticed it too.

Disappointed, but ready to try again next month... If AF shows her face soon!
