Hi, my husband is a police officer and parks his car behind the police station during his shift. Recently there have been 2-incidence where someone has done something mean to his vehicle. The first time someone re-parked it in a different spot and put poop all over the handle. And now recently someone keyed the side of his door and carved IAD into the the door. Are these two incidents related and done by the same person? If not can you tell who did the most recent one? Any help figuring out who did this and why would be appreciated. Thank you.
