Thanks! LOL... I suppose it was on purpose, but they covered up the very first thing I look at to identify a RS...the shoulder!

Really, it could be almost any brand... I'm guessing maybe Sakura Bloom, which has silks in its regular lineup and uses a gathered shoulder... Sleeping Baby does silk (and customs) too, but it doesn't look like the shoulder is pleated. Hmm...could also be Kalea and Comfy Joey, which both use a blend of gathers and pleats and have been known to work in shimmery fabrics... in addition to a number of other brands I couldn't possibly recall.

Maybe someone at the magazine knows! GL on your hunt!
