Trader Joes/Whole Foods Stock Up!

I don't have a TJ's or WF close by me. It takes a little over an hour to get there (plus 3 kids w/ me!). I really like TJ's, but I think its a little hard to find things unless I'm looking for them specifically and I won't have a lot of browsing time with the kids! So I'm planning my stock up trip and I'd love if you could post what you usually get from these stores or what are some things you get from them to stock up. TIA!

TJ's - we're gluten, dairy, soy and egg free, so what we can get at TJ's and avoid cross contamination is limited.

jasmine rice
greek kalamata olives
sardines
anchovies (for chicken liver pate!)
canned tuna
canned salmon
frozen scallops
frozen halibut
frozen salmon
frozen fruit
Applegate lunchmeat
olive oil
raisins
almonds
sunflower seed butter (this is cc so I don't let dd have it, I buy a different brand for her)
grade B maple syrup

WF's I avoid like the plague, we have tons of co-ops here so I never need to go there unless I am visiting family out of state. This would be where I buy all my "specialty" stuff, mainly condiments.

coconut aminos (soy sauce replacer)
bbq sauce
Annie's ketchup & mustard
balsamic vinegar

We love TJ's .... but since they change their stuff a lot, you do want to browse. (impossible with kids!)

I like:
jelly/jam
almond butter with flax seed
granola bars ($2 for 6)
freezer convenience meals, especially the orange chicken (like gen'l tsaos)
salt-free boullion
tortillas (freeze really well)
pizza dough (freezes well)
cereals
frozen waffles
nuts, trail mixes
dried fruit assortment
roast beef hash (great for camping)
pork roast in a red bag in the refridgerated meat section (cooks in 5 minutes, easy weeknight or camping meal)
canned beans
toms toothpaste
kids vitamins
corn chips
snap pea crisps
soyaki sauce/marinade in a jar
olive oil
frozen veggies
frozen pre-cooked brown rice (great for weeknights or stuffed peppers)
sea salt
potatoes (they have the all time best yellow potatoes)

We avoid gluten and soy and most other things in packaged and processed stuff, so this is a great list, thanks!

Great lists, keep them coming ladies!
