Dog vomiting dark green

My dog (border collie/lab mix) has always had reflux issues and regularly vomits yellow foamy stuff. Our old vet told us to put her on some antacid stuff but she refuses to swallow it and it didn't do much good.

A few days ago, my dog had a ham bone. Then that night and for the next 36 hours (I was out of town) she had diarrhea really badly pretty much continuously. She hasn't had any BMs since yesterday a.m. I had her on just water with the diarrhea because it got worse when she ate, but she was fed the night before last and has been fed since. Just now she vomited dark green all over my bathroom and she actually hasn't puked otherwise with whatever is bothering her or for about a week.

I know it's NOT grass. She does not have access outside to eat grass. We walk her and would notice if she ate any at all. No house plants she could eat, either.

A ham bone? Like a cooked one? That's not good. Dark green is an odd colour for vomit, but I suspect that it's stomach bile. I'd probably give your vet a call to check just in case.

I didn't know cooked ham bones were bad. My grandma always gave them to her dogs. I knew chicken/poultry bones are bad. It was a big bone she gnawed on and we didn't let her have it all. Our vet opens tomorrow but we are so broke we can't pay (it's really expensive even for a quick visit if nothing is wrong). She did just have a BM and seems fine otherwise, so hopefully this will go away soon. I was worried she was blocked, but that doesn't seem to be an issue now.

Yes, if she is pooping that is very good. I guess like with any vomitting make sure she is drinking enough to avoid dehydration. Sometimes drinking too much on an upset tummy can make them vomit more so small amounts frequently can be better if that happens.

Cooked bones of any type are bad. Raw bones are fine for the most part (yes, even poultry bones, but only raw).

Is it really putrid smelling? Will she eat/drink normally?

Our dog had similar vomit when her small intestines were obstructed (She had eaten a rock)

It's not as nasty smelling as usual. She's still eating & drinking. Hopefully it's gone by now. No puke since I posted yesterday and she's been pottying fine outside. So weird.
