I cut my placenta into tiny bits and froze them. I take one "pill" a day and am really feeling amazing at 6 weeks pp. I've got a few months left, but, honestly, I'm already afraid of what happens when I run out, lol!

any btdt experiences?

Most moms seem to be very sad when it runs out! Usually at this point they start savoring what is left (whether capsuls or frozen 'pills'). I would suggest trying to taper off and then saving the small remainder for bad days, days when family is coming to visit, etc. It is definitely not uncommon to wish there was a never ending supply!!

I wanted to add too, that most people find that over time their 'need' for them goes down (though they still would prefer to take it regularly if it were endless). At this point PP, I see moms cut back to 1 a day/every other day and then move to an 'as needed' basis...but if you feel like you're not quite 'there' yet, maybe keep taking them daily or think about what other ways you can nourish your body. ex: if they are helping because you need iron, you could up/start taking that since iron supps are basically never ending if you need them to be, put placental hormones are not.
