How many cloth nursing pads?

I'm out of practice.

I want to get some new cloth nursing pads. My LANA wool pads have little holes in them. Anyway, how many pairs do you think I'll need? I have major oversupply/overactive letdown issues, although who knows how that will play out with twins.

I wanted to get wool pads, but in the end just picked up some organic cotton ones. I'm glad I went that route because I like having multiple pairs and they are inexpensive. The set I bought had 3 pairs and that would have worked if I could manage to wash them every other day or so. I bought another 3 pairs a couple weeks in. I really like them. They did get pretty wet in the beginning when my milk was regulating and I'd change them before going to bed. Now I wear the same pair for 24 hours. Highly recommend.

Hope that helps! I know etsy sells some options similar.
