Anyone heard of this http://www.trivita.com/sublingualb12.../default.aspx?

DH heard something about it on the radio the other day and thought it might be useful for dd4 and me.

I really like Revita Pops to get B12. It is in the form of methlycobalmin which is more absorbable than cyanocobalmin. I also like that it's in a lollipop form so kids are not averse at all to taking it.

I took those for a year or more and I think my B-12 was still low. Can't remember exactly. I've been taking "no shot" by superior source. It has folic acid as well and this works much better for me. It seems to work the best of everything I have tried. I've had b-12 issues since I was in my early teens so I've tried many. Good luck. The trivita may work for you.

If it were me, I'd take a stand-alone sublingual B12 and a separate multivit with real folate instead of folic acid. There are a few brands out there with real folate, Thorne is one that's sold lots of places and is quite affordable--they have various B complex, several formulations of multivits (Basic Nutrients is what they call them), quite a few choices really.

If you really think you need extra B12, the mega drops at www.holisticheal.com are the cheapest I've seen per dose (I just wrote the first part because the bottle is about $35-ish but since it's 1 drop per 1,000 mcg, it's a whole lot of doses, more than 300 per bottle). They have them in as methyl, hydroxy, and adenosyl forms, the hydroxycobalamin is one of the most tolerated.
