If a kid has a seizure, how likely is another?

When DS was 4, I believe he had a seizure. I did not witness it, but I found him laying on the floor of his room white as a sheet with blue lips and barely responding. We drove him to the ER and he kept falling asleep on the way, even with me talking to him to keep him awake. By the time we got to see the doc, he was fine. He swore up and down he didn't eat anything (we were worried he'd gotten into meds or something) and with such a quick recovery it doesn't seem likely. The only thing I can find that fits the symptoms is a seizure. He was not ill in any way at the time and had no fever, so it wasn't febrile.

We have no family history of seizures on either side. We haven't had any serious medical issues, beyond pneumonia at 18mo. It's been a year and a half since it happened and it hasn't happened again.

So, should I be worried? What is the likelihood of him having another or some type of seizure disorder?

Bump. Still hoping for a response.

There are so many causes of seizures it's impossible to know whether they'll have another one.
