Which model Zojirushi to get?

My original (Trillium!) Bread Machine that I purchased in 1994 for $100 is finally, finally about to conk out. I've had my eye on the Zo's I hear so much about and am really longing for a horizontal loaf bread machine.

There are several models, which do you have and like the best?

We have a BBCC X20 and love it. No issues at all with it, and I think we've had it for about 9 months now (using it about every 2-3 days). Before that I had a Breadman and liked it well enough, although I had to replace the pan twice over the four years I had it, because of cracking/wear on the bottom of the pan. The Zojirushi that we have is far better designed, and we won't have those structural stresses on its pan.
