My 2.8 yo DD just started potty training (last week). She is getting pretty good about knowing when she needs to pee and going in the potty. But she always, always, always poops during naptime or after we put her in bed for the night (we have not started overnight training yet, so she is in a diaper then). I listen in case she calls for us but she never yells that she has a poop, etc. I think she may want privacy, quiet, etc., bc she never goes lately unless it is in her bed.
Any suggestions on how best to train her out of pooping at bedtime? Should I take everything out of her room and give her big girl pants and have to clean up poop constantly until she figures it out? Or put her little potty in her room?
