Stock from a smoked chicken?

Is there any reason I shouldn't make stock from the carcass of a chicken that was smoked?

No it would probably be yummy. I usually use chickens I roasted first but I would definately use a smoked one.

Almost every stock I make is from the bones of chickens roasted and smoked on our big green egg. They make the best stock! I don't even like raw chicken stock anymore.

MMMMM, I LOVE stock made from some smoked bones! I made the absolute yummiest stuffed baseball bat sized squash w/it. I cooked some rice in the stock, and added some Tex-Mex spices and black beans. So good!

Just make sure to label it as smoked. Yummy but gives dishes a very distinct flavor. It makes really really good soup. Really.
