Which probiotic supplement should I get for baby?

I have a 6 month old. I've read a few on here like the BioGaia.
Any others?

I don't like/remember a particular brand, but when I buy I look for one that is powdered, refrigerated, and dairy-free.

So, I've been wondering about the whole refrigeration thing. I've came across the idea somewhere (something I read?) that if they need refrigeration to survive how will the probiotics survive in your stomach acid?

BioGaia did nothing for DD, but we tried Probalac and that helped her a lot. Don't know if it's just a local brand, though.

As for refrigeration, I think the bacteria can survive the stomach acid--or at least much of it can. Probiotics contains an insane amount of bacteria, so I assume it's inevitable that enough get through. Not scientific on my part, though!

We use Udo's Choice Infant's Probiotic. It's a refrigerated, powdered probiotic that I add to Cecilia's SNS daily. It has really helped her gassiness.

We used BioGaia drops and I liked them because they were easy to give. We also used Udo's powdered stuff and I found it a pain to give b/c ds wasn't taking anything but bm so it was harder to give to him. Neither helped my guy but he seems to have other tummy issues.
