By this I mean, do you sit down and eat and 2 minutes later, feel like you ate thanksgiving dinner and have to wait until you burp or time passes before eating any more? I have gallbladder issues, so I'm sure this contributes.

It takes me like 45 minutes to eat. My sloooooow dd finishes before me

Yes, so my portions are still small. It's not a bad thing.

With my daughters no. this time Im realizing I have to eat snack size meals every couple of hours. My husband keeps commenting Im not eating enough because all he sees me eat is dinner and its like 1/4 of what I use to eat prepregnancy.

DDDC but YES!!!This is terrible. I got so we went to a buffet cos I was craving various foods and figured hey, buffet is the wayyyyyy to go but after eating a small salad( i can only stomach lettuce, cucs, tomatoes, egg and cheese) I could only eat a handful of other foods. I was so mad. I wanted to gorge out!!!! I would have sat there for hours but we were in a hurry to go visit dh's grandfather in the hospital. I eat every hour, on the hour, small things. Its how I be.

Wow, I didn't expect so many replies! I figured it was just a weird me thing. So sorry y'all are having the same problem!

I guess it's just another slow digestion thing or something? Anyone know what causes it
? I sure hope it goes away soon, as I've already lost 10lbs.

Srong mama, I had to laugh, as that's so totally something I would do! I'd be staking out the joint all night . I really want to eat, but it's truly a joke!

Me too and I hate it! I feel like this is a big part of my "morning sickness" at this point. I have to remember to eat small (really small) portions so I don't feel horrible afterward.

Yes! And then I'm hungry again like an hour later.

My hubby wants to spend Sunday helping me prepare a bunch of snack size potions of food so I don't have to cook when Im hungry. It seems like I go from stuffed to a minute later starving and two minutes later Im getting sick from not eating. Im not a fan of getting sick and I don't need more up close and personal time with my toilet, it smells no matter how many times I clean it.

yep...it's extremely annoying.

i feel like i have to constantly graze all day long...and people, i chase an active-alert toddler all day and when i finally get a chance to eat, i want to EAT. none of this a few-carrots-and-hummus-and-i'm-full stuff.

my weight gain is good...so i figure i must be eating enough..

or maybe it was the state fair last night.

I eat a small amount and then feel full and sick. Then a little while later it will let up so I eat some more, and then feel full and sick again. I feel like I can't win! I've lost 12 lbs since I got pregnant. Not fun
