29mo nursling and sore breasts -- sign to wean?

My nursling will be 29mo in a few days. She's very, very attached to Mommy and Mommy's Boobies are like the Best Thing Ever. She nurses two to three times a day, usually a nurse-to-nap and a nurse-to-sleep as well as a wake-up morning nurse. Sometimes she may wake up from her nap and need to nurse to rouse her fully. This has been working out well so far.

Unfortunately, I think my breasts may be done. They've been sore, so very, very sore. Particularly, the nipples. It has been several weeks while my nipples have been sore to the touch. It hurts to the point that I have to bite my lip when she latches. It doesn't help that she's very, um, voracious when she nurses and if I try to delatch her before she's done, she'll CHOMP down. With a full set of teeth. OW!!!!

Since the soreness has been lasting for longer than a few days, I'm wondering if this is a sign that my body is nearing done. I took a pregnancy test and I'm not pregnant. She's still very dependent on nursing to get her to sleep and for comfort. I hate to take it away from her but I hurt so bad and it just isn't letting up.

I'm assuming you have gotten AF back by now, right? Taking a magnesium/calcium supplement can help to even out hormonal shifts due to ovulation (that caused cyclical pain for me). What about thrush, is it possible you have that? I'd definitely be teaching about not biting at that age, but i'm not sure I'd wean because of it. I'm sorry you're in pain!
