Wondering if I have a corn allergy? (Or soy, or egg)

Hmmm....I've been on a pretty restrictive diet for about a year- did an almost-elimination diet last year at this time for my DD2 when she was about 3 weeks old. Her sensitivities (via my milk) ended up being Gluten, Dairy, Soy, Oats, Corn, Beef, Egg, Peas. I stayed off of all of them until around April, when we got the all-clear to start reintroducing. I felt FANTASTIC! (Would ya believe it?) Lost the extra weight I'd been carrying around for a decade, skin was clear, had energy even when the baby didn't sleep well, normal bowel movements for the first time in my life it seems like, etc.
I re-introduced in this order beef, peas, corn, oats, eggs and non-protein soy sources (oil and lechithin). Molly did great. I, on the other hand, feel like crap. Tired ALL THE TIME, Anxious, depressed, angry, random joint/muscle pain. Gained back 8 lbs. Sinus issues. Constipation/gas issues. But I also am not sleeping great, and she is really heavy on the solids now/less nursing (weight gain?)
So I'm still off of dairy and gluten, and plan to be so indefinately I guess. I am considering getting an IGg panel done, but am wondering about the corn. Those with intolerances/allergies- how do they manifest? God corn is everywhere- I wasn't that strict with the corn removal before- not everything, but obvious sources are what bothered Molly. Corn syrup, corn starch, cornmeal, popcorn etc.
Would any of the other foods I re-introduced cause me all the symptoms I'm experiencing? What are your experiences?
Thanks for your thoughts wise mamas.
(I know I should just cut it and see what happens, but of course I can't fathom loosing what I thought I gained back!)

ANY food can cause ANY symptom. Did you keep track of when you introduced foods and how you were feeling (or were you only tracking the baby)? That might narrow it down if you can figure that out. Otherwise, I'd take them all back out again for a couple weeks, then reintroduce again, keeping track for you.

Thanks for answering Kathy. Yes, of course only really paid attention to the baby. Elimination for me...here we go...

There are basically two ways you can do this. You could cut out corn and keep all the other "new" foods and see if you feel better only off the corn. Or you could go back to eliminating all the foods, and re-introduce them one at a time, saving corn for last.

It all depends on whether you want to "feel good as quickly as possible" or have an easier time in the kitchen during this process.
