Where did my morning sickness go?

During my first pregnancy I ate "regular food", including processed crap, low fat, little salt etc - and experienced a lot of morning sickness!
Second pregnancy: more organic food, less morning sickness.

Then, I started eating TF about 1,5 years ago, and really enjoying it.
An now I am pregnant.

And this time, I don't have any morning sickness!!! (yet, I am in week 6, but I just feel great overall and during my previous pregnancies I was sick at this point)

I remember a friend of mine once said that morning sickness is a sign that all is progressing well, so that is in the back of my head - but really, more than concern I feel a deep sence of peace that my body was more ready this time - having followed a lot of the preconception advice from Ramiel Nagel.

Do you think my wellbeing could me due to the diet? I have also reduced the stress in my life remarably. I do have other pregnancy symptoms (bloated, more frequent urination, more sweating, sentimentality etc)

That's great! It could have to do with diet, but it could also just be because it's a different pregnancy and baby

It could be diet. There is a thread I started months ago asking for comparisons of TF pregnancies vs non-TF pregnancies. Results varied.

I am 6w2d and feel better than I did last pregnany at 7-8 weeks (and I'm assuming things may start earlier). MS hit in week 7 last time and this time I have been feeling some for a week, but it's not nearly as bad. I'm still tired, worn out but the nausea is mild.
