Any raw breastfeeding mamas?

Sorry, didn't know where else to post this. I have started eating raw due to health issues. After nine days raw, my baby's bowel movements have decreased significantly. She is still putting out a lot of wet diapers - just only pooping every other day at the most - now she's gone three days. She seems like she is still getting enough milk, I'm not so worried about that. Just wondering if the stool changes are normal. TIA!

When she does poop, is it huge? My 11-mo DD will occasionally go for several days without pooping. I'm not on a special diet, although I'm sure what I eat affects her BMs. And, her own diet, since she has solids now too. If her poops are fairly large, I wouldn't worry about the frequency until it gets to be much longer (weeks.)

Thanks for replying - yes this is exactly the case. She pooped right after I posted yesterday and it was definitely enough to overfill the diaper. I guess I won't worry.

I wouldn't worry too much atm, but I'd keep an eye on it. If she's eating solids, you don't want her going more than a few days between bowel movements. If she's still exclusively breastfed, then it's okay to go much longer.

Kids poop like that even when their moms are not eating raw only. Just an FYI. Totally normal for a bf baby to go up to 10 days w/o pooping and then when baby poops, it's huge.
