Anyone else NOT really feeling much movement? - Page 2

13 weeks here and really not much movement to speak of! Soon though!
I posted the other day that I definately felt it the night before. I havent felt anything since I think its been 3 days now? Im getting nervous. My friend just lost her January baby at 14 weeks and thats right where Im at. If it were anyone else Id say its normal not to feel it regularly this early but... of course Im extra nervous when its ME. I expected to feel something again by now.

Janette - Please try not to worry. I'm in exactly the same boat. I haven't felt anything in a few days either. I'm a little worried about it but keep telling myself that I still have a few weeks before I'm *supposed* to be feeling any movement anyway.

I *thought* I felt the baby around 14 weeks and again at the beginning of 15 but tonight at 16 weeks is when I would say "YEAH!" that was DEFINITELY it. so I would not worry about not feeling sure or anything regular at 14. I maybe felt once at 14 and wasn't sure...once at the beginning of this week and then today I definitely felt it twice and I felt very sure.

Not definate kicks but I did feel some butterflies last night. Thats just what I needed Ill relax for a few days now. Thanks for the reassuring words.

I'm only 13 weeks, so I haven't noticed anything. With DD, I had an anterior placenta so I didn't feel anything until 21 weeks. The ultrasound tech at my 11 week NT scan said it didn't look like it was anterior this time, so I'm hoping to feel something earlier than last time.

For those mamas who are having 2+, do you think you felt it earlier with each subsequent pregnancy? I ask because I don't think I have. I felt #1 around 18 weeks, #2 around 17 weeks, and I'm almost 16 weeks this time and don't think I'm feeling anything....my stomach is getting bigger, my boobs are KILLING me worse than ever, but still I worry.

Michelle, I'm on my third and I can't say that I can. I thought I really felt the babe moving last week (no gas and definite action in my uterus) but then there hasn't really been much since... I did hear the babe move on the doppler at my last appointment in the meantime, but I'm still waiting on regular, daily movements *sigh*

Michelle - this is my third also. I definitely noticed movement sooner the second time..but I think that was primarily because I had a better idea the difference between baby and gas. Now that I know what it feels like I assume I'll feel #3 around the same time I felt #2 (15 wks). If I would have known I probably would have noticed ds at 15 wks instead of 18 wks too. I don't automatically assume that it will get earlier every time (though that would sure be nice!).

I'm 14 weeks and have thought that I have felt the baby move a couple of times, but then I second guess myself since I have an anterior placenta. I've heard that an anterior placenta causes you not to be able to feel movement as early. I felt movement (not daily) around 13 weeks with my DD (2nd pregnancy).

I will be 17 weeks on Saturday with #3 and I thought I felt something a couple weeks ago but nothing since. I wonder pretty frequently if there really is a baby in there, I've heard the heartbeat but it still doesn't seem like reality to me I thought by this point it would feel real but it still doesn't.

I'M READY TO FEEL BABY! but, haven't yet! we will be 15 weeks on Monday, so i know i'm still early, and it's the first!... but still, i'm ready to feel baby!!!

16 wks here with 2nd and it comes and goes . Been feeling definite flutters for about 2-3wks now but had 2 days this wk of next to nothing. As I speak there is a tap dancing convention happening in my side. The 2nd day of nothing I drank a few ounces of Pepsi (I kno I kno it was just a few sips ) but baby loves it like mommy already and responded almost immediately.

I hope its normal! Im 15 wks and havent really felt anything this week. I wouldnt be nervous like this if I hadnt already felt definate movement. I cant wait for my next appt to hear the heartbeat again.

I felt movement much earlier this time, but my usual isn't before 17w. I actually felt it around 13w this time for a few days and then nothing. I was so worried I ordered a doppler! I have used it twice and it took a while but I got a beautiful heartbeat. I am feeling movement daily now. So, I guess it's normal to feel it and then not. At least it was for me. And I did not feel movement any earlier than usual until my 6th!

I feel the "popcorn popping" feeling every so often, or like there is a little goldfish in there occasionally. But there are also quiet days where I don't feel anything at all. So I rely on my doppler to reassure me.

what a difference a few days makes! baby is bouncing all over the place and I love it. I wasnt sure if it was my stomach issues last night or the baby since i was exhausted and couldnt think clearly. I can tell after today that it was definately the baby. Baby is probably saying "Hey remember me?! I NEED FOOD!" The ER pumped me up with a couple of bags of fluids so I think its helping.
