implantation bleeding or early period??

I started spotting at 7 DPO, and am still spotting today at 9 DPO. It's VERY light, not enough to make it to a panty liner, just noticable when I wipe. My luteul phase is usually 12 days, so my period isn't due for another 4 days. I've read online that implantation bleeding only lasts for one or two days, so I'm doubting that's what it is...

So could I get some opinions? Extended implantation bleeding or early period?? My temps are still well above coverline.

Do you have a chart? Is it red or kinda brown? I had some brown spotting for about 3 days on my first pregnancy. I dont want to get your hopes but I would say you are still in the game either way.

I'm trying not to get my hopes up, because before I started TTC I sometimes had random spotting.

Well, if it was ME I would say impl bleeding but I never spot before AF. So, I guess, it just depends on your "normal". But your chart does look pretty good.

I wouldn't assume AF unless you get full flow, especially because your temp is still up. Mine always takes a big ol' dive the day AF starts. Fingers crossed it's implantation for you

STILL spotting this morning. I do usually spot a day or two before my period, and last month I had one random day of midcycle spotting, but five days of spotting is definitely abnormal for me.

My temp went up a little this morning, from 98.34 to 98.5. I took an OPK this morning because I had read they can sometimes detect a pregnancy - there was a definite test line, but not nearly enough to be considered positive. Had it been positive, I then would have done a HPT. I'm trying not to test before my missed period, though, because I hate seeing the BFN!

Don't know what to tell you, either, but I'm in the same boat. I don't normally spot before my period. I'm 9dpo today, cramping and a tiny, tiny amount of pink/red/brown spotting since last night. My lp varies a good bit, but the average is 12 days; 4 days of spotting (if I spotted from yesterday to when I'm expecting af to start) would be HIGHLY unusual for me.

I do think it's possible that you ovulated even a day later than what FF is giving you so that would put your spotting even earlier - which to me seems more promising as a pregnancy thing rather than an AF thing.

The spotting has gotten even heavier today, actually making it to the panty liner. Pretty sure I'm out for this month. Just wish I could figure out what would be causing me to spot for so long!
