Tell me about some glass storage containers you like

We simply have too much plastic in our life. I need some well designed glass storage containers with lids. The lid does not need to be plastic. I'd like the glass to be microwave/freezer/dishwasher safe but it does not need to be oven safe. I've looked at places like the container store but the pieces are expensive and I don't want to make a mistake.

ikea has some nice ones; we used a lot of theirs when we coverted away from plastics.

I got some good pyrex ones from target a few months ago. They do have plastic lids but they are micro/freezer/dishwasher safe. I imagine you could put them in the oven too but obviously not with the lids on. I got a set of 3 round ones of different sizes, which is nice because they nest. I also got a set of one large rectangular dish and 2 smaller rectangular dishes. They are great for leftovers. I would like to get another set of the round ones. Anyway, I think they were around $12 per set? Lets see if I can find a link.
Here we go:
round set
rectangular set

I use those Pyrex ones too. I was just saying the other day that I need to get another box of them because we're always running out (we use them a lot for many different things).

Another thing I do is save glass jars from pasta, pickles, etc and use those for storage of dry goods (rice, popcorn, etc).

I often reuse glass containers (pickle jars, apple sauce jars, etc.) for things that are mostly fluid, like soup or sauces. Plain old canning jars work well, too.

I have the same round Pyrex set that firecat linked to. It's not the greatest quality--the lids don't seal completely (leaks) and the rims chip easily. But I haven't found anything better.

Next time I'm at Ikea I'll have to check out what they have. I already have tons of Ikea pantry storage glass containers (the ones with the flip lids), they work great but they're not really meant for leftovers.

Crate and Barrel have some little ones that I like.

i save any wide-mouthed jars that we get. tostitos salsa jars are especially great. we use them for food storage, drinking glasses, etc. since they have lids, it's reduced the number of spills from the kids, and they are microwavable. i haven't tried using them in the freezer since i'm afraid the temp change might cause them to crack, though.

I love Glasslock:

I've used them in the microwave, dishwasher, and freezer. (although they get hot in the microwave so you have to be careful taking them out)

Mason jars. We use them for everything. As storage, as drinking glasses, canning... If it can fit in a mason jar, I've probably put it in one at some time or another.
