I was reading through the thread (interested in the Mood Cure) and wanted to see if you had an update on how things are going?
I'm really curious to learn more about eating more protein.
I find I need it in the a.m., but that I crave/need carbs in the late afternoon...
May just have to pick up the Mood Cure book somehow!
BTW- from reading about how poultry is raised I think I would avoid that over dairy or beef.
