Is there a way to delete old posts???

Is there a way to delete old posts made by me or responded to by me? Most of the old once are locked and I can't edit them!

If there is a privacy concern, you can contact the admin and we can remove the post for you. However, we don't delete, and ask that you don't delete, your posts because it damages the conversations.

I will find it again, its just something i posted that was very personal and I am not comfertable with it being on here anymore if that makes sense?
