Prefolds

What brand of prefolds do you all use? I am looking at the Bummis Organic Cotton prefolds, but haven't seen anything on this forum about them. TIA.

I only use those and love them. I find that most people prefer the AIO diapers. I myself love the simplicity of prefolds and covers, and have nothing to complain about Bummis. They're great, wash great, haven't had many leaks. I just bought more off Craigslist in fact.

I use the Bummis and like them fine, they do a great job and seem well made.

that said, I just bought a dozen Swaddlebees prefolds (I think they are seconds) because they were on a great clearance, and I needed a bigger size. (I only had infant and they barely snappid on my 18 lb 9 month old). They also seem to work well.

i have some and love them. when i needed bigger ones though i went through green mountain. their pfs are wider.

I use standard 4x6x4 prefolds.

I've only used Green Mountain's unbleached PFs, and I love them. I really only bought them as backups & for the nb period, planning to mostly use pockets & AIOs, but I have found that I LOVE the PF with Bummis or ImseVimse covers. I've had remarkably little leakage, especially for a "super-soaker" boy with runny bf poo. I just bought another dozen of the yellow-edge with size Small covers, and didn't even consider AIO or pockets, to my surprise.

Bummies organic prefolds are working great for us. I bought them for the newborn phase not expecting to continue with prefolds for later on, but they work so well that I have no problem using them. No leaks and a very, very heavy wetter.
