In a nutshell: The dad is not involved. He was my high school sweetheart. He was my first. We went out for over 2 and a half years. We broke up in January and I found out in February that I was pregnant. He wanted me to get an abortion. He's just now starting to change his mind about things. Which I guess is good, but doesn't really make up for 6 months of hating me and insulting me for choosing to keep the baby. He could at least say "I'm sorry." : /
Assuming everything goes according to plan, I am going to give birth naturally at the local birthing center. I'm really excited and glad that I have this alternative available to me. : )
I am considering trying hypno-birthing.
