Time/hurry/stress?

Does anyone else have (had) this problem? And if so what do you do to help?
I am constantly feeling as though I have to hurry and the stress of having things to do. There is no need of this and I cannot stop feeling stressed out about things that need to be done and am always thinking about what needs to be done next (the future). I have one child (14 months) and only work 2 days/week so I should feel pretty relaxed. I have read 'The Power of Now' and completely understand the concept but that stressed/hurried feeling is always there. My shoulders are always tensed. Any suggestions?

Thanks!

Do you do anything for yourself?

Practice meditation, do yoga or anything like that?

Seems like you need to find something to help you manage your stress so it doesn't control you.

Thanks for your reply. I do take time every evening for a epsom salt bath and some yoga and pilates stretches. I think that a better word probably would have been anxiety rather than stress.

Thanks!
