I LOVE this stage of learning language and being able to communicate. It's the coolest thing ever!My DD is starting to tell stories of her day! She has a few sentences and TONS of words. And I think it's so neat to see her grow and put it all together.
Like when I pick her up at daycare, the stroller buggies are usually out front, and she will point to them and say outside, to tell me they took a walk in them outside that day. And she will often point across the street to the garden nursery and say "wawa" for the water sprinklers, as that must be something that is pointed out to them on their walk.
This morning was the coolest! She is in this hide-n-seek phase big time right now. And she will hold up her hands and say "whered it go?" and then retrieve the item and say "there it is!"
Well, my Mom called me all excited because this morning DD told her this whole story of how she hid her paci. for my Dad this morning.

She took my Mom's hand and did her noise that she uses for her name for her paci, and then said "whered it go?" then took my Mom's hand and showed her behind the door to our room, and said "pop-pop, there it is!"
My Dad said, yup, she had hid the paci behind the door that morning and had him find it and that is where he found it.
I just had to share... I love this whole learning communication thing... it's so incredibly neat!!

(can you tell I'm a first time Mom? LOL!)
