vacation and $ for farm sitters

I have no idea what would be acceptable to pay for farm sitters. We are going away for 7-9 days (haven't decided yet) and here's what we need done:

1) feeding/watering 3 dogs, 3 cats, fish, opening/closing of dog door at appropriate times

2) feeding/haying/watering 2 goats, locking up and letting out of said goats.

3) feeding/watering 6 quail

4) feeding/watering 8 rabbits, possible poop scooping, turning on and off lights

5) feeding/watering about 30 chickens and 40 guinea fowl (mostly the chickens, though), and roughly half of the guineas are actually the neighbors', but they roost here at night (that's who would be farm sitting), locking up of said poultry.

6) General checking up on things. They would need to come everyday, three times daily, with one of those being just a check-up on waters.

These neighbors live directly across the road, and are also good friends (and my dh is the husband's boss and they carpool daily). Not that I expect to cheat them or anything, but we do each other favors all the time. I'd NEVER expect them to do this for anywhere near free, though!

How about this? Time yourself, figure out how much time it takes to do the work, then add a little time to make up for your habit and expertise, and multiply by what you would consider fair to pay yourself if you were doing it for them.
