It was presented only 3 weeks ago, but the full report should be printed later this year in the bound proceedings (in book form) of the Eleventh International Symposium on Circumcision, Genital Integrity, and Human Rights. I don't know whether Dr. Fletcher has submitted his findings and report for publication in any journals. It was an extremely interesting PowerPoint presentation to sit through, with thoughtful questions afterward.
