Diarrhea- More than 3 weeks now..PLEASE HELP!

I'm not sure where else to post this so feel free to move it admin! Sorry!

DD is 22 months and for the past almost week she has had diarrhea on and off every day. She is also sick, as am I, I have a nasty wet cough and she has a really stuffy/runny nose. Can the two be linked?! I am also trying to cut out dairy in case she is sensitive again, but through my tries she is still having at least one loose bowel movement a day.
She eats a lot of fruit, eggs, rice, noodles, cereal, but basically no veggies..could that be a factor? Can too much fruit give you diarrhea? It's mostly fruit cups, apples, bananas, grapes etc.

Any help is appreciated!

Bumping this post because it's been over 3 weeks and the diarrhea is still here.

She is no longer sick, at all, except for the diarrhea. It has been on and off for over 3 weeks and on Monday I'm taking her into the Dr. because I have tried everything I can think of to figure out what this is.

I have done so many eliminations I can think of, and the only thing I can find any problem with is the juice/fruit cups. I have completely cut out apple juice, now she only drinks the V8 Fusions mixed with a little water. The fruit cups I cut out and only buy the ones in fruit juice, not syrup. Yet still, the past few days she has had a lot of diarrhea. It is generally yellow, greasy, with lots of pieces of undigested food and it fills her diaper. She turns a little pale afterwards, gets slightly hot and is tired/cranky. Aside from that, there are no other symptoms at all.
She has plenty of energy, eats A LOT, drinks plenty of water, and I am getting as much fiber into her as possible but it keeps coming back.

Any ideas, anyone? I'm starting to panic a bit that I've left it too long and she could be really sick
Like I said, Dr appt on Monday for sure, but until then does anyone have any suggestions? Any clue on what this could be?
Feeling like a bad Mommy for letting my little girl be sick for so long

Maybe their is mucus/phlegm etc. dripping into her stomach and effecting the end product? (Maybe the early morning sends gobs down and that correlates with the loose stool later?) I don't think too much of the fruit you listed would give diarrhea, assuming she isn't sensitive to them for some reason.
