I'm dealing with my second miscarriage this summer and have been trying to figure out what I'm doing wrong. One thing that stands out is that I've been taking alot of b vitamins and while they have seemed to help with energy and less migraines, I know that they are synthetic. I've been reading that synthetic folic acid can be bad for a person and even cause miscarriages (if the mothers body can't convert the synthetic form into a form used by the body), but that real folate is great. So, I'm wondering what kind everyone here takes. I was taking enzymatic therapies fatiged to fantastic b complex, but am looking for something else...
