Oy, so many emotions! Hard to see through them all. Here's what stands out for me the most. There is one child, she looks to be around 7 (Although I'm guessing from your siggy it's the 8 yr old), but she's the one that is being the most affected. She is very torn by everything that is happening. I can tell she is a very loyal person. It's a part of her spirit to be like that, and so she's confused about who to be loyal to in this situation. Please remind her to be loyal to herself first and to that it is safe to love all parties involved, that she doesn't have to pick sides if she doesn't want to.
I know that is not what you were asking about, but that came to the forefront, so I needed to say it.
I feel something is going to come to a head in November of this year, but do not see things coming to a conclusion until well into next year.
I don't see anyone winning and anyone losing. I see a judge really finding the best middle ground he can and being the most fair that he can. I don't think either of you will love the outcome, but I do actually seeing it as being beneficial to the children.
I hope everything works out for you!
