Hey all. Does anyone have a recipe for chili that we can can in a pressure canner? I have only found one and it doesn't include beans. Would like something that hubby can take to work, heat & eat.
The problem with adding beans is that they have a COMPLETELY different cooking time than any of the other ingredients. I would can the beans separately, then add them to the chili when warming up. That's what I do for chili (actually, I can the meat, the sauce, and the beans separately). Good luck!
