Removing for review due to thread not necessarily being in line with the purpose of the subforum which is to provide support to adoptive and foster parents and prospective adoptive/foster parents.

Will place thread back after review if it meets these guidelines.

This thread placed in Talk Amongst Ourselves. Due to its general and broad focus it does not really fit in under Parenting: Foster and Adoptive Parents which is geared toward supporting parents raising foster and adoptive children.
