Can I used ground up banana chips as a gf flour?

Bought a pack of unsweetened banana chips. Kids hated it as a snack. I'm thinking maybe if I chop them up in the food processor, they could make a pretty yummy breakfast item when mixed with a little chocolate or whatever else and then baked. I just tried to do a search on Google and then foodblogsearch.com but didn't really find anything except this recipe, which uses all these other gf flours I don't intend on buying.

1. Grind them up and use like dried fruit in baked stuff like muffins or coffee cake.
2. You could also break them up or crush them and add to homemade granola.
3. What about grind them up and mix with crushed cookies to make a crust for a coconut cream pie?
4. Serve them at a playdate to your kids' least picky friends. Their friends eating something they don't like may change your kids' minds about the bananas. This has worked for me several times.

Let us know what you end up doing. Good luck!
