could vitamins change my menstrual cycle? TMI perhaps.

We're TTC, I have a 2.5 yo DS who is still nursing many times daily, and nothing has changed routine or diet wise that I can think of besides adding vitamins... Recently (last 3 weeks?) started taking the vitamins I should've been taking Nothing crazy, just prenatals, B complex, and fish oil. And Maca.

I'm not temping as it seems to stress me out, but last two cycles I did do an ovulation predictor kit and I am ovulating. My cycles have been consistently about 26 days for 6 months or so, but this last one was 31 days. Had a negative pregnancy test on day 30. This is now the 3rd day of AF, and I'm still bleeding so lightly I could wear one pad all day long. Which is WAY less than usual. Should I be concerned?

This is exactly what happened to me this month. I started taking vitamins two weeks ago and I'm on Day 32 with a negative pregnancy test. They say that B complex is supposed to increase the luteal phase though it had never done that for me before. Seeing your post actually calmed me down, I was stressing thinking something was wrong but I guess that it's just my body healing. I think I will definitely take temps the next cycle or do saliva monitoring because unlike you I can't be sure that I ovulated since I only do sympto-method.

Well, at least I'm not the only one! I didn't do an OPK this cycle, so I guess it's possible I didn't ovulate this time - or did, but really late. Or like you said, the B complex could've increased the luteal phase. After I was so worried about the light flow, then days 4 and 5 I bled buckets. It's just strange to me, this change in timing of the flow.
