So we are down drops of the castile soap for Gabrielle's Soap and Water Cone Enema. I have tried 3 times to order it from our urological supplier with it getting cancelled all 3 times. 
Thursday I got our insurance complex case manager involved (a Medicaid Provider). Friday she left me a VM to call her. I talked with her this morning and found out, the State doesn't have castile soap in the database in order to bill it. When we got this back in January they were on a different system. The order went thru and they had to eat it because they couldn't bill the state for it. Her contact at the urological supplier is working on it. So I said "what can I do?" She gave me the phone number for the State.
I just got off the phone with the State. They can't look it up without a National Drug number or Procedure Code. So I call our complex case manager and left her a VM to find out who her contact at the urological supplier is.
