Growth Spurts

Remind me when the "typical" growth spurts are....especially in newborns?

Kellymom says "Common growth spurt times in the early weeks are the first few days at home, 7 - 10 days, 2 - 3 weeks and 4 - 6 weeks." http://www.kellymom.com/bf/normal/ne...tml#afterweek1

I found days 0-4, around day 7, around day 14, around day 21 and then a couple of times between 4-6 weeks. Typical pattern for my guy is nurse all day and many times at night and then sleep for much of the next day.
