I have misplaced my copy of it in the craziness of moving house and am thinking of trying a grain w/ ds soon.
Do they recommend millet as a first grain?

Our nutritionist said Millet at 9 months. Quinoa can be first.

Just checked my copy of it and it says millet:

"can be used instead of rice as a first cereal. Like rice, it is not likely to cause allergy and is easily digested." (page 211 for reference when you find your copy)
