Help with First Aid kit for car

I know I should have already done this but regardless, it is time to put together a first aid kit to keep in the car. What things do you keep in yours?

At home I clean wounds with peroxide and treat with colloidal silver. We use essential oils and witch hazel for many things. I am just not sure if any of this would stay good in the car with the temp changes. Maybe the witch hazel or peroxide would be ok? Of course we need bandaids. Maybe guaze and medical tape. I am looking for natural things that would do ok being kept in the car. We also use arnica gel at home. Please help me put some things together to keep in the car, especially for would cleaning and treating. Thanks!

I keep, the usual, bandaids, tape, gauze pads and some foaming wound cleaner. Along with, calendula, arnica gel, arnica pills. That's about it I think,

Anything homeopathic is no good in the car, unfortunately.
We have "Sho" cream, it's an alternative to the bacitracin/polysporin thing.
-bandaids of different sizes
-Leatherman tool
-triangular bandages
-Sam splints (they're a bit bendy, so you just mold them in to the shape you need. be sure to put your name and phone number on them, so you can get them back if you use them on a random passerby)
-something to clean wounds with (we have a small nalgene bottle with a blend of witch hazel and water with a few drops of tto and lavendar, and a bunch of gauze pads)
-benadryl (I'd normally never use this stuff, but if you're more than a few minutes from help and someone has an allergic reaction, I wouldn't hesitate to get a benadryl or two in to them)
-rehydration salts (you can make your own)
-we also have a cal/mag supplement (cramps) and vit c in there
-cpr mask
-list of emergency contact info as well as our relevant medical info in a brightly tagged envelope on the top of the kit

I think that's the extent of our first aid stuff in the car

Thanks. Lots of great ideas. I wouldn't have thought of the emergency contact info and that is so important!

Please tell me about this "sho" cream.

Would you mind sharing how to make the rehydration salts?

What is a nalgene bottle. Your wound cleansser is exactly what I was thinking of. I wonder if a saline bottle would work?

How long do you expect that these things would be effective?

Do you think pure aloe would be ok sitting in the car?

Sorry for all the questions. I am gathering some great ideas in my head. Thank you!
